The project involves the provision of consulting services leading to the preparation of a business model
for the circular economy transformation for the Applicant. The project aims to comprehensively understand the current
business model of the Applicant, conduct an audit, analyse changes, and then
prepare and approve a business model for the circular economy transformation. As part of the project,
a strategic, comprehensive and complete document will be developed, covering an analysis of the entire
company and presenting the possibilities for implementing circular economy solutions across the
company's operations. The final document will contain a strategic and comprehensive analysis of the entire company, presenting the possibilities for implementing circular economy solutions within the company.
